Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer with hands-on experience in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and strong exposure to Sales and Field Service modules. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in building reusable PCF components, extending CRM capabilities, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement PCF custom controls for model-driven apps and selected canvas scenarios.
- Build reusable and configurable UI components to enhance user experience in Dynamics 365.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, business rules, and client-side scripting.
- Work with Dataverse and integrate PCF components with APIs and external systems where required.
- Support performance optimization of PCF controls and ensure responsive design.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and follow established solution architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with functional consultants for Sales and Field Service requirements.
- Participate in deployment processes and maintain versioning using Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
- PCF-Specific Experience (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience developing PCF controls using TypeScript and React (preferred exposure to Fluent UI).
Experience in developing:
- Dataset controls (basic to moderate complexity)
- Field controls
- Custom input/output components
- Working knowledge of PCF lifecycle methods (init, updateView, getOutputs, destroy).
Familiarity with:
PCF Context API and Dataverse Web API
Data binding and dataset handling within PCF
Ability to create enhanced UI/UX beyond standard CRM capabilities.
Understanding of event handling, state management, and basic performance optimization.
Experience with:
Packaging using Power Platform CLI (pac CLI)
Deploying PCF via managed/unmanaged solutions
Exposure to embedding PCF in forms, views, and sub-grids.
Debugging skills using browser developer tools and PCF test harness.
Awareness of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Required Skills & Experience
6–9 years of experience in Dynamics 365 / MS CRM development.
Strong working knowledge of:
C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
Hands-on experience in plugin development and Dataverse Web API.
Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Functional exposure to:
Sales (Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity Management, Quotes, Order process)
Field Service (Work Orders, Scheduling, Resource Management, Mobile scenarios)
Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model (roles, business units).
Exposure to Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) is preferred.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, ALM, and solution lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, MB-210, MB-240, PL-600
Experience in mid-to-large scale CRM implementations
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Ability to work independently and contribute to technical discussions
Mentoring junior developers (good-to-have, not mandatory)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
