Job Description
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
