Job Summary: We are seeking an elegant, warm, and highly organized Restaurant Hostess to be the welcoming face of our premier dining venues. As the primary point of contact, you will deliver the signature, understated luxury and authentic hospitality that the CGH Earth brand represents. Your primary responsibility will be managing reservations, seating logistics, and setting a sophisticated, hospitable tone for our local and international guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations & Welcoming: Greet arriving guests with traditional warmth and a professional demeanor. Escort them elegantly to their tables, present the menus, and introduce them to their assigned waitstaff.
- Reservation & Table Management: Efficiently track and log phone, online, and walk-in reservations. Strategically coordinate the seating chart to balance the workload smoothly across server stations.
- Seamless Communication: Act as the vital communication link between the front door, floor supervisors, and the kitchen team to maintain proper service pacing.
- Concierge Support: Respond gracefully to guest inquiries regarding menu offerings, operating hours, and basic hotel amenities.
- Ambience Maintenance: Ensure the reception, host desk, and entryway remain immaculately clean, organized, and uncluttered at all times.
- Feedback Gathering: Interact with departing guests politely to gauge their satisfaction and smoothly escalate any complaints to the F&B Manager for immediate resolution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess or Front-of-House role in a 4-star/5-star hotel or premium fine-dining establishment.
- Education: Degree or certification in Hospitality & Hotel Management is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent command of spoken English is mandatory to assist diverse travelers; working proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Must possess a well-groomed, professional appearance matching premium hospitality standards.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience working with digital restaurant reservation systems is a major plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and remain highly energetic during long, fast-paced shifts.

Pay: ₹18,494.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
