Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Sourcing
- Source and procure spices, packaging materials, and other production-related items at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and farmer network.
- Conduct market research to track price trends, crop availability, and supplier performance.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to meet production and export schedules.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transporters, and local agents.
- Monitor vendor quality, delivery timelines, and compliance standards.
Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to ensure purchased materials meet export quality standards.
- Ensure procurement complies with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper purchase documentation, invoices, and records.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams for stock monitoring and inventory planning.
- Avoid shortages, overstocking, and material wastage.
- Prepare purchase budgets and cost analysis reports.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with Production, Finance, Logistics, and Export departments.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports and MIS.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹16,847.62 - ₹56,570.93 per month
