Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities through open market prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Acquire new corporate and business clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills:

Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Investment, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets will be preferred.
