Experience: 1-3 years in customer service or front desk operations, preferably in healthcare.
Role Overview: Serve as the first point of contact for the clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient administrative flow for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Process patient billing, collect payments, and maintain daily cash reports.
Coordinate with the medical and nursing staff to minimize patient wait times.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, multitasking, basic accounting/billing software knowledge, and a patient-centric approach.
