Doctosmart Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a growing HealthTech company looking for a motivated Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Present and explain DoctoSmart’s products and services clearly
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
Maintain accurate client data and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Prepare basic reports on sales activities and performance
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales or business development
Willingness to learn and grow in a HealthTech environment
Experience in BDE/Sales is an added advantage
