We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and quick learner to join our team. This is a multi-functional role that combines customer communication, operations, coordination, and basic social media support. Key Responsibilities
- Confirm customer orders and communicate professionally with customers.
- Manage and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with shipping partners regarding dispatches, delays, and delivery updates.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Support the social media team with day-to-day tasks, uploads, and coordination.
- Ensure accurate records and timely communication across departments.
- Identify issues proactively and help resolve them efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online tools.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and ownership.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, ecommerce, or a similar role.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook is preferred.
Compensation & Performance Incentive
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Quarterly Performance Incentive: Earn additional incentives every quarter based on your overall performance.
The better you perform against your assigned goals and KPIs, the higher your quarterly incentive can be. We believe in rewarding ownership, consistency, and people who help the business grow.
