About the Role
InfowanHR is a fast-growing SaaS company offering HRMS, payroll, and GPS-based attendance solutions to Indian SMEs. We're looking for a driven Sales/Business Development Executive to generate leads, pitch our software, and close deals with small and mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential SME clients
- Pitch and demo our HRMS, payroll & attendance products
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–4 years of sales experience
- Prior experience in an HR or software/SaaS company preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic understanding of software products
