We currently have a Tax Administrator position available with our client, PKF Littlejohn. They require a Tax Administrator to join their team as part of their offshore growth strategy.
Purpose and aim of the role
The aim of this role is to provide administrative support to the Tax Division generally. You will work alongside the Operations Manager and the wider Tax Administrative team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of PowerPoint slides and images for presentations and proposals

Preparation and formatting of reports and letters in MS Word.

Preparation and coordination of mail merges.

Updating standard letters/ forms when change of branding or wording is required & ensuring uploaded to SharePoint.

Prepare Self-Assessment Tax Return Questionnaires and letters for clients

Billing proposals and support
-
WIP reporting and analysis including provision support

Maintaining status report, registers and portals

Assist with events, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks as required.

Booking of meetings, appraisals, secondments, inductions etc.

Registered and physical mailing requests.

Request and return of files from storage

Maintaining registers and portals

Maintenance and updates for divisional software

Onboarding of clients to tax team. Completion of Know Your Client (KYC) and AML checks.

Advising UK clients on required documentation and ensuring timely collection of ID and compliance documents.

Monitoring and completion of periodic renewal of KYCs as required, requesting valid/up-to-date documentations from the clients.
Skills and Qualifications

Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Commerce/Accounting/Finance)

2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role

Previous professional services sector experience is ideal

Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel
