Apurvakriti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Engineer – Rail Welding to join our infrastructure and railway projects team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in rail welding operations, quality control, track works, and railway construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute rail welding activities including Flash Butt Welding (FBW), Alumino Thermic Welding (ATW), and other track welding operations
- Ensure compliance with railway standards, specifications, and safety procedures
- Coordinate with project execution teams for smooth track installation and welding schedules
- Conduct inspection, testing, and quality checks of welded joints
- Maintain welding records, reports, and technical documentation
- Identify and resolve welding defects and technical issues at project sites
- Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and productivity at site
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all welding activities
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of railway track welding procedures and standards
✔ 6 Years of experience in Flash Butt Welding and AT welding
✔ Familiarity with welding inspection and quality assurance practices
✔ Ability to read technical drawings and track layouts
✔ Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
✔ Willingness to travel and work across project locations in India
