Position: Breakfast Maker Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Breakfast Maker to prepare and serve fresh breakfast items while maintaining hygiene, quality, and kitchen standards. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely preparation of food items. Key Responsibilities Prepare breakfast items such as sandwiches, dosa, omelette, tea, coffee, juices, bread items, and other menu dishes. Ensure food is prepared according to company quality and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, counters, and work area. Check freshness and quality of ingredients before preparation. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times. Assist in stock checking and informing shortages to the supervisor. Ensure timely serving during breakfast hours. Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely. Support other kitchen staff when required. Required Skills Basic cooking and food preparation knowledge. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Good hygiene and cleanliness practices. Teamwork and communication skills. Ability to handle pressure during busy hours. Qualification Minimum basic education preferred. Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, café, bakery, or catering is an advantage. Working Conditions Rotational shifts may be required. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
