Job Summary
Viswa Lab is seeking a proactive logistics coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in import & export logistics and customer coordination within the shipping or logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing shipping documentation, liaising with customers and freight partners, and ensuring timely delivery of samples and cargo.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import & export shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Handle shipping documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and customs documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of laboratory samples and customer shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for shipment planning and documentation.
- Resolve customer queries related to shipment status and logistics.
- Maintain logistics records, shipment reports, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures.
- Support customs clearance and documentation activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Import & Export logistics.
- Experience in the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Customer coordination and relationship management.
- Knowledge of shipping documents and customs procedures.
- Shipment tracking and logistics planning.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Any Bachelor's Degree
- A diploma or certification in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling international customers.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, DGFT, Customs, and EXIM documentation.
- Experience in laboratory, marine, shipping, or freight forwarding operations is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
