We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual who can act as the right hand to the director — managing day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, and coordination across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily task tracker and follow up on all ongoing activities across different businesses.
- Coordinate with managers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports for the Director.
- Set up reminders, meetings, and follow-up schedules using digital tools (Google Sheets and some softwares).
- Handle basic communication and documentation — emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up calls.
- Identify urgent and important tasks, helping the Director focus on high-priority goals.
- Manage small administrative and operational errands to save the Director’s time.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic digital tools (Trello, Notion, WhatsApp Web).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
