A reputed 40 years old Distribution company is looking for Field Marketing Executive promote & sell products Oleochemicals, Glycols, Surfactants, Fatty Amines, Food additives, directly to companies in their assigned territory. Key duties include lead generation, market research, competitor analysis, and distributing marketing collateral. You must be comfortable with extensive daily travel, organizing promotional events, and building on-the-ground B2B.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively approach prospective clients from Cosmetic/ Food industry, identify their needs, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Market Intelligence: Conduct surveys, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activities on the ground.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local corporate clients, third party manufacturers / CMOs.

Reporting: Track daily field activities, record lead status in the company CRM, and submit regular performance reports to the Marketing Manager
Requirements & Skills :
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, field marketing, or a directly related customer-facing role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively within the local geography for daily field visits.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and local regional languages.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and the ability to work independently in outdoor environments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
