Currently we are hiring the candidate for the position of Sr. Engineer – New Product Development (NPD) for our organization. , Job location- Ahmedabad, Gujrat
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer – NPD to lead end-to-end new product development for plastic toys. The role involves close coordination with external mold vendors, executing in-house mold trials, validating processes, and ensuring successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete NPD lifecycle from feasibility study to mass production
- Coordinate with external mold suppliers for design, development, and modifications
- Conduct in-house mold trials on injection molding machines
- Optimize molding parameters and troubleshoot quality issues
- Coordinate with job work vendors to ensure quality standards and timely delivery
- Prepare trial reports, process sheets, and product launch documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastic / Production Engineering
- Experience: 6–8 years in New Product Development (preferably in plastic/toy manufacturing)
Work Details
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes
- Experience with mold trials and validation
- Vendor management and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and process optimization abilities
