The Admin Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the shuttering plywood manufacturing facility. The role involves handling office administration, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, managing correspondence, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for management.
Record Management
- Maintain employee attendance records and leave registers.
- Keep records of factory licenses, permits, and compliance documents.
- Manage inventory records of office supplies and stationery.
- Maintain vendor and customer databases.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
