Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts, expand market presence, and build strong relationships within the dairy and livestock ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for cattle feed products
- Manage and grow distributor and dealer networks
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build relationships with dairy farmers, cooperatives, and partners
- Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Gather market insights and competitor intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of sales experience (preferably in cattle feed, agri-inputs, or livestock sector)
- Strong network in the Namakkal / Tamil Nadu livestock market
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
