To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the company and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.
- Handling customer queries and service through chat, email and through calls.
- Assist customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
- Should continuously assess and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impacts and provides the best customer experience.
- Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direst sales out of these calls.
- Target and incentive driven
Required Candidate profile
Qualifications
- Should have 1+ year experience in Tele sales & support.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (or)English, (or) Hindi (or) Telugu, (or) Kannada and is preferred.
- Must have ability to learn about products & Services.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Ability to distinguish a good prospect and others
- Creative, self-motivated and comfortable working with team.
- Prior track record of achieving targets
- Interested freshers can apply but will be considered as trainee.
