We are looking for a Pre-Sales Architect to join our Solution Engineering team—a customer-facing group that works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and showcase impactful data solutions.
In this individual contributor role, you will lead enterprise pre-sales engagements by understanding customer data challenges, designing solution architectures, and delivering compelling, story-driven demos and proof-of-value solutions. You will act as a technical authority during sales cycles, ensuring solution feasibility and strong alignment with customer environments.
You will also build and maintain scalable demo pipelines and reference architectures using modern data platforms, ensuring demos are production-aligned and reusable across industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, and Retail.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales during customer engagements to understand requirements and tailor demos and solutions.
Own technical solutioning, demos, and PoVs during enterprise sales cycles.
Address technical questions, validate architectures, and support competitive positioning.
Build and maintain demo pipelines highlighting data quality, lineage, governance, and analytics.
Provide technical feedback to Product and mentor junior engineers within the team.
10–15 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or solutioning roles.
Strong experience in customer-facing or consultative environments.
Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms, Python, SQL, Spark, and data pipelines.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and business audiences.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new domains and technologies.
Experience with Data Mesh, Data Fabric, or Data-as-a-Product concepts.
Exposure to data governance, compliance, and AI/ML-enabled data platforms.
