4–5 years of experience in an engineering, consulting, SRE, DevOps, security, or platform-focused role.
Strong fundamentals in at least one of the following domains:
Security (SIEM, SOAR, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.)
Observability / Monitoring
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Comfortable interacting with customers, including senior technical stakeholders
Willingness and motivation to move into a technical sales / pre-sales role
Prior experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, support, solutions engineering, pre-sales)
Exposure to SaaS products and enterprise customers
Experience working with tools like Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic, cloud-native tools, or security platforms
Certifications in cloud or security technologies
Basic understanding of sales cycles, deal qualification, and value-based selling
