Scope of Work – Sales Manager (Retail Sales)
Product: JYOTI TMT
Objective
To increase retail and project sales of JYOTI TMT by developing relationships with dealers, contractors, engineers, masons, architects, fabricators, and builders, while ensuring regular site visits and order generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Support
Visit assigned dealer outlet's area daily.
Coordinate with dealer to identify potential customers and ongoing construction projects.
Help dealers generate leads, convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
2. Site Visits
Visit active residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites.
Meet builders, contractors, engineers, architects, and site supervisors.
Promote JYOTI TMT and generate enquiries.
Follow up until orders are placed through the nearest authorized dealer.
3. Market Development
Identify new construction projects in the assigned territory.
Develop new contractors, masons, fabricators, and builders.
Maintain a database of prospects and ongoing projects.
Monitor competitors' pricing and activities and report to management.
4. Sales Targets
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Increase dealer-wise sales volume.
Generate new retail and project customers consistently.
5. Reporting
Submit a Daily Report mentioning:
Site visits
Customer meetings
Enquiries generated
Orders booked
Follow-up status
Share weekly market feedback and competitor information.
Mandatory Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Must possess a smartphone for reporting and communication.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of dealer visits per day.
Number of construction site visits per day.
New contractors/builders added.
Enquiries generated.
Orders converted.
Monthly sales volume achieved.
Recovery support and customer satisfaction.
Working Discipline
Maintain professional conduct with dealers and customers.
Follow company pricing and sales policies.
Protect confidential business information.
Represent JYOTI TMT professionally at all times.
Pay: ₹11,953.29 - ₹25,000.00 per month
