Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tamil-speaking Team Leader to manage and motivate a sales team in our BPO process. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of Sales/Telecalling Executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor calls, conversion rates, productivity, and team performance.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Handle escalations and support team members with difficult customer interactions.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies and sales processes.
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Coordinate with management for process updates and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in BPO/Telecalling/Sales.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader preferred.
- Strong sales, leadership, and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is preferred.
