Job Summary
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) that clearly showcase:
- Craftsmanship
- Texture
- Detail
- Finish
- Edit long-form videos when required (brand films, walkthroughs, process videos).
- Professionally retouch and color-correct photos for:
- Instagram
- Website
- Catalogs
- WhatsApp marketing
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms -lighting, tone, mood, and brand feel.
- Understand the difference between:
- Fashion visuals vs Interior visuals
- Mass content vs premium content
- Work closely with the founder and marketing team to translate ideas into clean, sharp visuals.
- Manage raw footage and archives in an organized, retrievable way.
- Deliver on time. No excuses. Delays directly affect business.What you MUST be good at (non-negotiable):
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (basic to intermediate - motion, text, transitions)
- Photoshop & Lightroom
- Color correction and skin/fabric tone accuracy
- Cropping and framing for different platforms (Instagram ≠ Website ≠ Print)

- Eye for detail (this is critical)
- Taste level (average taste = average brand)
- Ability to take feedback without ego
- Speed without compromising quality
- Respect for craft and premium aesthetics
What will NOT work here:
- Over-editing
- Loud effects
- Trend-chasing without context
- “This is my style” attitude
- Needing spoon-feeding for every edit
Experience:
- 1–4 years preferred
- Fashion / luxury / interiors / design background is a big plus
- Freshers only if portfolio is genuinely strong (not Canva-level work)
