- Production Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict quality assurance standards to minimize product defects, scrap, and rework.
- Budget & Cost Management: Prepare and manage manufacturing budgets, optimize material usage, and identify cost-reduction strategies (e.g., Lean manufacturing).
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate production staff. Conduct performance reviews and set clear KPIs.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule routine machinery maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime and equipment failure

- Technical: Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software.
