Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients, present our jewelry collections. Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized service by assisting customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to drive repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive display of jewelry, ensuring that products are showcased in a manner that appeals to customers and maximizes sales.
Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and customer preferences to effectively sell products that meet market demand.
Sales Reports: Track and report on sales progress, customer feedback, and inventory updates to management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry (1-2 years).
Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual sales goals.
Education: Any Type Of Bachelor Degree
