Telecalling & Chat Support Executive – International Process
We are hiring experienced candidates for our International BPO Process for Telecalling and Chat Support roles.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat support.
Provide professional and accurate information to customers.
Maintain good communication and customer handling skills.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Follow company process guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in BPO (Calling or Chat Process).
Good English speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
Qualification: 12th Pass or above.
Comfortable working in an International Process.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
