- Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing project sales opportunities through market research and client networking.
- Tendering & Bidding: Collaborating with engineering and estimation teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with MEP consultants, architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
- Negotiation: Closing high-value contracts and managing the end-to-end sales cycle

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the MEP/HVAC industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel (7 - 10 days per month
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC/MEP segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, builders, and key stakeholders
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive specification sales by engaging with consultants and ensuring product approvals in projects
- Track ongoing and upcoming MEP projects and create a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to support clients with product selection and application
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and techno-commercial submissions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
