International Travel Consultant – Sales & Operations (Short Haul)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Travel Consultant – Sales & Operations to manage end-to-end travel sales and operations for short-haul international destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a B2C travel agency and a proven track record of handling customer inquiries, creating customized itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and managing travel operations from confirmation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2C travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Design customized international holiday packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end booking operations, including hotels, flights, transfers, visas, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on destination knowledge, travel trends, and supplier offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an international travel sales and operations role.
- Mandatory experience working with a B2C travel agency.
- Strong knowledge of short-haul international destinations.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to create attractive itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Destinations Expertise: Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and other short-haul international destinations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
