About the Role
Zyntics is looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Software Development Team Lead to lead our development team, manage projects, mentor developers, and ensure the successful delivery of web and software applications.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading a development team.
- Strong knowledge of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React.js / Next.js
- Node.js
- WordPress Development
- REST APIs
- MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting environments.
- Understanding of software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
Leadership Skills
- Strong people management and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency and product development environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
