Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated CNC Operator Freshers to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines under the guidance of senior operators and supervisors while ensuring quality and production standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines as per work instructions and supervisor guidance.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Monitor machine operations during production.
- Perform basic dimensional checks using measuring instruments.
- Follow production schedules and quality requirements.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace organization (5S).
- Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist senior operators and setters during machine setup and production activities.
- Maintain production records as required.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter, CNC Operator, Production Technology) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes.
- Willingness to learn CNC machine operations.

Preferred Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
