This is not a desk job.
Brrandom Studio is looking for a social media professional who can think, speak, and perform. Someone who understands content and is comfortable being part of it. You will not hide behind captions, planners, or analytics alone—you will be visible, vocal, and present.
If the idea of stepping in front of the camera makes you uncomfortable, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Brrandom Studio in social media content (Reels, Stories, BTS, live reactions)
- Interact confidently on camera—talking, reacting, explaining, engaging
- Ideate and execute real-time content during shoots, meetings, and studio life
- Manage daily posting, captions, trends, and community engagement
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production team on content formats
- Turn raw moments into high-engagement social content
- Understand platform behavior (Instagram, LinkedIn primarily) and adapt fast
What We’re Looking For
- Strong camera presence and natural communication skills
- Confidence to appear in content without hesitation or overthinking
- Ability to speak clearly, react quickly, and hold attention
- Practical understanding of social media trends and formats
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and real-time decision-making
- Willingness to be the face of content when required
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a “post and logout” job
- Not limited to scheduling tools
- Not suitable for people who prefer staying behind the screen
