Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare three meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) as per the daily menu.
- Ensure food is prepared on time while maintaining taste, quality, and hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Store raw materials and cooked food safely to prevent wastage.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and inform management about shortages.
- Follow food safety standards and maintain proper hygiene at all times.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients and kitchen resources.
- Coordinate with the management regarding meal schedules and special requirements.
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cook.
- Knowledge of preparing Indian meals.
- Ability to prepare meals for multiple people efficiently.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Must be flexible with work requirements and timings.
