Compensation & Growth

Probation & Employment Contract
- The first two months will serve as a probation and evaluation period.
- During this time, your work quality, creativity, learning ability, professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork will be assessed.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be offered a formal employment contract with long-term career opportunities within the company.
