The Floor Manager is responsible for managing daily showroom operations, supervising sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth functioning of the jewellery store floor. The role includes handling customer relationships, achieving sales targets, monitoring inventory display, and maintaining luxury retail standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Handle high-value customer queries and complaints effectively
- Promote jewellery collections, schemes, and ongoing offers
Team Management
- Supervise sales executives and floor staff
- Assign daily duties and monitor employee performance
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and attendance
Store Operations
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters and showroom
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with inventory/accounts team
- Ensure billing, tagging, and product handling procedures are followed properly
- Maintain safety and security standards for jewellery items
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily sales and floor activity reports
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and customer feedback
- Assist in planning promotions, exhibitions, and festive sales activities
Skills Required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of jewellery products and customer dealing
- Sales and target-oriented approach
- Ability to manage staff and handle pressure
- Professional appearance and behaviour
Qualification
- Graduation preferred
- Experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail industry preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in jewellery showroom
- The Location is not Specific it may be Flexible
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
