We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Therapy Manager to lead our therapy department in Hyderabad. The Therapy Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to manage a diverse team of therapists. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapy services while adhering to regulatory standards and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the daily operations of the therapy department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive therapy programs and protocols to meet the diverse needs of patients.
- Ensure the delivery of patient-centered, evidence-based therapy services that comply with all local, state, and national healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for therapy staff, provide constructive feedback, and identify professional development opportunities.
- Manage departmental budget, control expenses, and ensure efficient utilization of resources and equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated patient care plans and ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and departmental activities.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns related to therapy services in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in strategic planning for the department, identifying opportunities for service expansion and improvement.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of all therapy equipment and facilities.
- Lead initiatives for quality improvement and patient safety within the therapy department.
