About the Role The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. The role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations and customizations of multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
- Manage end-to-end implementation and customization of at least two ServiceNow modules
- Implement technology-specific best practices and standards
- Evaluate new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution
- Provide excellent customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Participate in product road map planning
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
- Have proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
- Have successfully managed the end-to-end implementation/customization of at least two ServiceNow modules
- Have a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages
- Have a strong background in ServiceNow development
- Have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
Good to Have
- Have integration experience or development experience
- Have experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB
- Have experience with Incident management or Change management
