Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player with a diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of renewable energy projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and update stakeholders accordingly.
- Identify and address project issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in project coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
- Basic understanding of renewable energy systems is a plus.
