PSR Compliance is looking for an experienced and dynamic Company Secretary to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) and having hands-on experience in corporate compliance, MCA filings, ROC matters, and regulatory approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Incorporation, LLP Registration, and Section 8 Company Registration
- MCA Filings, ROC Compliance, and Statutory Filings
- Annual Returns and Event-Based Compliances
- Drafting of Board Resolutions, Minutes, Notices, Agreements, and Corporate Documents
- Secretarial Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Handling Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, and Secretarial Assignments
- Coordination with MCA, ROC, and other Government Authorities
- Advising clients on Corporate Laws and Regulatory Requirements
- Managing various business licenses, registrations, and approvals
- Professional certification and signing of documents wherever permitted under law
Requirements:
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS)
- Valid Certificate of Practice (COP) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Corporate Compliance and Secretarial Matters
- Strong knowledge of MCA Portal, ROC Compliance, and Companies Act, 2013
- Experience in Company Incorporation, Annual Filings, and Event-Based Filings
- Ability to independently handle client assignments and regulatory matters
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills
- Practical exposure to business licenses and regulatory approvals
- Experience in FSSAI, Factory License, PSARA, PESO, BIS, Legal Metrology, Trade License, and other approvals will be an added advantage
