Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our plant and nursery business. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with nurseries, increasing sales of our plants, and expanding market presence in the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and develop relationships with plant nurseries in the assigned regions.
- Promote and sell plants produced at our company nurseries/plants.
- Identify new nursery partners and business opportunities in Ludhiana , Jalandhar , Amritsar
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and ensure repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback regarding plant demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team for smooth supply and delivery.
- Maintain a database of nursery clients and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
- Basic knowledge of plants, nursery operations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or nursery/agri business (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
