Job Purpose
The EIMOU Service Agent will act as the primary point of contact for our
international customer base. The successful candidate will ensure seamless
customer experiences by resolving product queries, troubleshooting technical
issues, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality and brand
loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Customer Support: Deliver prompt, professional, and
accurate product troubleshooting support to global customers via live
chat, email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Actively address customer inquiries
regarding product usage. Effectively escalate complex or technical issues
to second-line support or supervisors, ensuring thorough follow-through
until a final resolution is reached.
- Customer Retention: Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction
standards and foster strong long-term product loyalty through
empathetic and efficient service
- Incident Reporting: Immediately identify, document, and report critical
customer complaints and urgent operational issues to supervisors for
swift intervention.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions,
feedback, and technical issues in the company CRM/ticketing system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English (additional languages are a plus for global support).
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand product functionalities quickly
and explain troubleshooting steps clearly to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a customer-first
approach to resolving conflicts and issues.
- Tools: Familiarity with live chat software, CRM tools (like Zendesk,
Salesforce), or ticketing systems is preferred but not mandatory.
