Cambridge English Academy (CEA) India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced IELTS, PTE, and OET Trainer to conduct engaging offline classroom sessions for students preparing for English language proficiency examinations. The trainer will be responsible for teaching all four modules—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking—using structured lesson plans and effective teaching methodologies. Key responsibilities include conducting regular mock tests, evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and developing personalized learning strategies to help students achieve their target scores. The trainer will also maintain student progress records, address individual learning needs, and create a positive, motivating classroom environment. Applicants should possess excellent spoken and written English, strong communication and presentation skills, and prior experience in training students for IELTS, PTE, or OET examinations. A student-focused approach, classroom management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training for IELTS, PTE, and OET batches.
- Teach all four modules:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
- Conduct regular assessments and mock tests.
- Design customized study plans according to students' learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Provide one-on-one feedback and improvement strategies.
- Coordinate classroom batches and ensure students meet their learning goals.
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience in IELTS, PTE, or OET.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage classroom batches effectively.
- Student-focused and result-oriented teaching approach.
- Good mentoring and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar English language teaching certification is preferred.
- Experience preparing students for IELTS, PTE, OET, and TOEFL examinations.
- Familiarity with exam patterns, scoring criteria, and test strategies.
