JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, with experience in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to implement new features.
- Integrate third-party APIs and databases.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Utilize AI coding tools like Claude to improve development efficiency, debugging, and code quality.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Node.js
- React.js
- Next.js
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with REST APIs and API integration.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Azure.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
