We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in operating Vertical Machining Centers. The candidate should be capable of handling machining operations with accuracy and maintaining production quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines as per drawings and job requirements
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job sheets
- Perform offset corrections and basic machine adjustments
- Monitor machining quality and dimensional accuracy
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, and measuring instruments
- Maintain production records and achieve target completion
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical preferred
- 1–2 years experience in VMC operation
- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Basic CNC programming knowledge preferred
- Experience in Fanuc controller preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
