We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage hotel reservations efficiently across all Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms, maintain our Google Business listing, and actively handle guest reviews and feedback to uphold our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update room inventory, rates, and availability across OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.)
- Handle reservation inquiries, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations promptly
- Maintain and optimize the hotel's Google Business Profile including photos, information, and posts
- Monitor, respond to, and manage guest reviews on Google, OTAs, and TripAdvisor professionally
- Coordinate with the front desk and operations team for seamless guest experience
- Track booking trends and prepare occupancy/revenue reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
- Working knowledge of OTA extranets and channel manager tools
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and review response best practices
- Strong written communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with PMS software preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle feedback gracefully
