- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend improvements and innovations within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Drupal, PHP (Programming Language), Web Services Standards.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PHP (Programming Language), Web Services Standards.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and their customization capabilities.
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Drupal.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and web services to extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
