The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients, follow-up on service requests, and coordination with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
