We have exciting opportunities for Fresher/Experienced Candidates for Customer Care Executive.
Job Types: Full-time
Wokring Hours - 12 hours
Working Days - 4 days
Week offs - 3 days
Languages: English, Punjabi
Regular Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist customers with product related issues.
- Answer Phone to respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot for any technical issues
- Assist customers with installation / uninstall of our product & software.
- Assist customers with product configuration, error messages or common issues.
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Transfer the customer appropriate department if required.
Pay: ₹9,766.96 - ₹15,000.00 per month
