Awaken INdia is hiring Team Leaders for a Government E-Commerce Merchant Onboarding Project.
The role involves handling Field Executive teams, monitoring onboarding activities, maintaining operational reporting, and ensuring smooth field execution within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Field Executive teams
- Allocate daily onboarding activities and operational targets
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and reporting compliance
- Support field executives during onboarding activities
- Coordinate with operations and reporting teams
- Maintain daily MIS and operational reports
- Ensure operational target achievement within timelines
- Handle issue resolution and field coordination
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Minimum 1 year experience in Team Handling / Field Operations / Merchant Acquisition
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Smartphone and reporting knowledge required
- Comfortable with field travel and target-based operations
Preferred Skills:
- Team handling capability
- Field coordination experience
- Reporting and operational management
- Merchant onboarding experience preferred
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
