About the Role
Skillfly HR Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty & AI Trainer to educate and mentor students in Human Resource Management while introducing them to the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in HR and business. The ideal candidate should possess strong teaching skills, practical HR knowledge, and familiarity with modern AI tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Training
- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on HR concepts.
- Teach HR modules including:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Payroll Management
- HR Operations
- Labour Laws
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- HR Analytics
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical activities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and placement preparation.
AI Training
- Train students to effectively use AI tools in HR and professional workflows.
- Conduct practical sessions on:
- Prompt Engineering
- AI for Recruitment
- AI Resume Screening
- AI Content Creation
- AI Productivity Tools
- ChatGPT and other Generative AI applications
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
Student Development
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
- Guide students in live projects and internships.
- Support placement activities and career counseling.
- Encourage practical learning through case studies and real-world examples.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or related field.
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in HR, Training, or Teaching.
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions and HR practices.
- Good understanding of AI tools and their business applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is an added advantage.
